Our home track is Ladywell Arena, Silvermere Road, Catford, London SE6 4QX. This is in South East London, within the London Borough of Lewisham.
Ladywell Arena has a modern synthetic athletics track and was completely resurfaced in the Summer of 2006, it has 6 lanes with 8 lanes on the home straight.
The nearest rail stations are Ladywell, Catford and Catford Bridge. Lewisham mainline and DLR station is a short jog away too.Click here for train times. The train journey from London Bridge to Ladywell is around 11-15 minutes.
