Kent AC was formed in 1898 by the amalgamation of two older clubs. We are based at Ladywell Arena (Tues/Thurs 6:30pm) and at Beckenham Place Park (Sun 9:45am). Members come from Lewisham, Bromley, Greenwich and other parts of London and Kent.
EVENTS
- Long distance (road racing and relays, marathon, track – 3000m to 10000m, steeplechase)
- Middle distance
- Sprinting
- Cross country (including relays)
- Throws (shot, discus, javelin, hammer)
- Jumps (high, long, triple, pole vault)
