Many congratulations to all competitors in todays Sidcup 10 road race.  We had a very strong field this year with 30 athletes running under 60mins, many of these were PBs.  This year saw a highly competitive race with the top 3 finishing just 4 seconds apart and the top 2 breaking the 50 minute barrier.  Mike Coleman from Medway & Maidstone won the race and the county champs, just ahead of Kent AC's James Connor and Bedford and County's James Lawler.

Helen Decker won the ladies race in a great time of 57:40, followed by Serpentine's Jane Fanning and Jennie Butler from Blackheath and Bromley.
