As the summer season draws to a close it is time once again to turn our attention to the 6 stage road relays.

As normal we will be having the Kent AC Club 5K Track Championship prior to the Southern 6 Stage, which we will use as a selection race. This will be run on Thursday 17th September at Ladywell Arena.

We will then move on to the Southern 6 Stage in Aldershot on Sunday 27th September where we hope to put out a number of strong teams, including Vets. We have improved a lot over recent years and we can realistically hope to have another record year in this event. With the recent rule change allowing B teams to qualify for the National 6 Stage we are hoping we will have runners for two senior teams competing in Sutton Coldfield on Saturday 17th October.

Please let me know if you are available to run in the Southern 6 Stage and if you will be available to run in the club 5K. Obviously it would be preferable if you can run the club 5K if you wish to run in the 6 stage but if you cannot make the club 5k and wish to race in Aldershot please contact me. Luke will be arranging the Vets team, so if you are eligible for that and wish to run please contact him or let me know and I will pass on your interest.
