Congrats to Phil Sanders who came 2nd in the Beachy Head marathon (3:09) on Sat 24th. The winner (Stuart Mills) has now won the event 6 times, so Phil was very pleased to be the best of the rest!

Also the Southend 10k on 4/10/09, Kent AC had a full team out (Phil Sanders, Rich Munn, Luke Armitage, Matt Ponting) and we came 2nd in the team award. Luke was 1st M40.

James Connor ran the Frankfurt marathon on Sat 24th in 2:27:09. I think we can assume it wasn't as hilly as Beachy Head!
