Track roundup from the weekend and new club long jump record

At the London interclub-challenge there were some great performance over the sticks on the 400mH, all close to or better than PBs. Antoni Davis Phillip - 55.18s, Quasar Mays - 64.22s, Shaun Mulligan - 55.28s.
Across the Atlantic in the States, Jon Browne ran 21.28 for 200m, Jeffrey Lawal–Balogun posted times of 21.15 and 10.55 for the 200m and 100m.
At a BUSA meeting in Loughborough, Matthew Burton broke the club long jump record with 7.32m. All his jumps were over 7.04m. This follows on from winning a GB U23 vest for the triple jump.

I've got limited details on all the performances over the last weekend, so email if there are any errors, missing performances, or good stories for the website.
