Senior Women 2:30pm start 5000m
U15 boys 1:30pm start 4000m
U17/U20 men 2:10pm start 5000m
Senior Men 3:00pm start 10000m.

Junior men meet at course from 12:45pm.

Senior men meet at course at 2:00pm.

By road: Please leave plenty of time, A2 can be very unpredictable through road works at Gravesend. Make sure you stay on M2 over Medway Bridge and leave at Junction 4: Ski Slope is signed with brown information signs from 1st roundabout. BE CAREFUL AS YOU CAN EASILY MISS SIGNS.

By train: To Gillingham via Bromley South (from Catford) but it is a long walk to course. Would suggest taxi from station.
