Well done to everyone who ran on Saturday at a freezing cold Parliament Hill. We had some very good individual performances such as myself finishing 6th in the race (3rd in the London Champs due to a few guest runners), Rich Munn having a strong run and showing that his marathon training is paying dividends. Alfie Grimsey had a super run considering he is under 17 still and looks like a future winner of the under 20 event, perhaps even next year. We also had solid runs from Lee Haze, Andrew Vagi, Stuart Scott and Adam Moreton, all of whom were contesting their second race in as many weeks.

The turn out was much better than the previous week - South of Thames 5 miler. Hopefully we can have a similar turn out for the up coming South of Thames 7.5 mile race and the County Champs. If you have not done so already please let me know whether you can run either of these two so that I can enter you

The team finished a very respectable 4th behind Highgate, HHH and Serpentine.
