Well done to those eight people who turned out at Croydon on the weekend to run the 5 mile race at Lloyd Park. The 4 man team was 5th and the 8 man team was 2nd behind Herne Hill Harriers

Welcome back to Lee Haze who had a respectable race on his return to competition for the club.

This weekend is the London Champs at the lovely home of cross country, Parliament Hill Fields.

The race starts at 2:10 so the meeting time will be at 12:45 at the Lido. For those who are unsure where the Lido is, it is by the entrance closest to Gospel Oak station.

If you are coming from Kentish Town station (on the Northern Line), turn right out of the station and cross over the main road. If you follow the main road (Highgate road) for 5 mins and turn left into Gordon Road - entrance to the park is on the right and Lido it just beyond the entrance.
