Update from the Southern Track and Field champs at Crystal Palace, some great performances from Kent AC athletes with two gold and two bronze medals, including: Conrad Williams being selected to run at the European Cup in Annecy in the 4x400. James Connor won the 3000m steeplechase in 9m:13s. Jeffrey Lawal–Balogun got gold in the 200m in a time of 21.00s. Jon Browne came 3rd in the 200m in 21.32s. Conrad Williams came 3rd in the 400m in 47.14s, though I'm sure he would have hoped to have gone faster.
