This weekend the cross country season finally comes to an end. We are left with one last test - the bog that awaits us at Parliament Hill. Given the weather this last month, Parly Hill will make the Southern look like a putting green! I would recommend that all those who are taking part to wear the longest spikes that you can. Whilst typing this the sun is shining and the week ahead does not look too bad, however, I do not expect the course to have drained very well and believe it will be heavy under foot. If we could have a good a run as the Southern, then a top ten finish for the team could be possible in the 6 and 9 to score. To achieve this feat we need a good a turn out as the Southern. So all those who are able to run - please run

Our meeting point: We usually take our place near the ice cream van next to the running track (steeplechase water jump side of the track). I plan to get to the venue at 1:30 and will be at our usual point for 2pm
