Here are the provisional Assembly League fixtures for the 2010 season. This is the 35th season in which the League has taken place. We will be visiting the familiar race venues with two visits to the fast and completely flat course at the Dome - although as building work in the area continues this course will remain under review.

All races will start at 7.15pm - with the exception of the first race which because of the light will start at 7pm.

2 The Dome 6th May 5k

3 Victoria Park 3rd June 3.5miles

4 The Dome 1st July 5k

5 Victoria Park 5th Aug 3.5miles

6 Beckenham 2nd Sept 2.9 miles

Note that the organisers do their best to ensure that courses are as safe as they can reasonably be expected, but runners take part at their own risk!

ALSO :

The resheduled Kent County champs is coming up soon - Sat 13th Feb @ Detling showground. This is a great chance for the club to build on that 5th place in the South of England last weekend. This is an event we should be strongly contesting in the 6 to score and the 12 to score events! The likes of Medway, Tonbridge and Blackheath will be our main challengers, however, if people do not show then the team will go home empty handed!

If you are available, please make every effort to turn out. The more numbers we get out, the better our chance of team success - it would be nice to go to the pub after with 12 gold county team medals. It will also give us the confidence we need before the National Cross in Leeds (28th Feb)
