Club Record Alert !! The 2010 indoor season is in full swing with South of England champs and London Games producing an excellent times from Kent AC athletes. The star so far is Matthew Burton who at The London Games jumped 3 pb's and recorded a massive long jump of 7,63pb (CLUB RECORD).

The London Games also saw out Mark Lewis-Francis sprinted to a fastest indoor 60m time in the world this year, 6.59secs. Jonathan Browne is having a good season by reducing his pb twice at the South of England's and ending up with 6.79secs in 60m. Conrad Williams is clearly benefiting from training with Mark Lewis-Francis, he too has broken his 60m pb twice to 6.84secs.

Joe Appiah at 39yrs has obtained the qualifying time in the 60m hurdles for the UK/World indoor trials in Sheffield, who says he's too old. Like a fine cheese, gets better with age. Ok, thats a bad joke!!!

All this and Jeffrey has not even run yet. He's due to compete against Dwain Chambers at the Birmingham Games next week (6/7th Feb). Jeffrey has just returned from GB training camp in South Africa.
