It’s that time again, that once a year when we can all come together and celebrate both club and individual success. This year’s presentation will include special awards for those who medalled or made finals in the AAA Champs or South of England Champs, achieved a new Club Senior Record or even better – represented GB. There are Man of the Match awards for both the A and B teams, Club Champs awards and an award for the best performance and highest point scorer by a club member, as well as the usual medals and trophies including the two Cross Country trophies. Lastly who will win the President’s Trophy?

It all kicks off at 8pm with ALL club members expected to attend. There will be a small buffet and this year the presentation is FREE of charge (although donations will be most welcome), so put the date in your diary and let’s show true Kent AC spirit and make this presentation a great night to celebrate our success! Friends and family are most welcome to join us.

This is the only time in the year that all the club come together and that members are expected to be at a function. After all we all ’do’ athletics and put an enormous amount of time and effort into improving our own performances, rather than turn up to a weekly gym class, and it’s key to both your own morale and that of the club in general that we all celebrate together both individual and club achievements across the year. Invariably newcomers are staggered by just how much has been achieved in a year by members and we all leave the evening feeling proud to be part of such a club.
