The Mid Kent 5 lived up to its reputation as a PB course with PBs all round for Kent AC's runners. Stuart Beaney finished in 2nd place in 27.05 a full 3 minutes quicker than last year, showing how much he has progressed. Luke Armitage was 6th overall and first VET in 28.00 dead. There were also PB's for Ron Taylor and Paul Bell.
