Training times:
Training days are Tuesday and Thursday evenings meeting at Ladywell arena. Please see the Training Groups page to decide which group would be most suitable for you.

Please see the events page with the current fixtures for the season. The club take part in various athletics, road and cross-country meetings including the Southern Athletics League (T&F), Assembly league (road racing), Surrey League (cross-country). Further information on fixtures and results are also included regularly in the club weekly newsletter.

Track membership: 
There is a £10 monthly fee for adults & £5 for juniors. There is also a calendar year pass to use the track on Tuesday & Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. You can pay your track fee subscription here. Proof of payment will be required on entry to the track.

Club vest: 
New members can purchase a club vest when they join at a discounted rate of £10.00 (normally £15.00). If you buy a vest when joining the welcome coordinator will post it out to you.

Please see the club contacts page to contact the captains regarding entry to the events you are interested in and to ensure you are on the distribution lists for updates.

The club issues a weekly newsletter every Sunday and has a podcast for members to listen to:

Communications are often through WhatsApp groups. Please ask your coach or contact the coaching secretary to be added to the appropriate group.

Annual events/Socials: 
The club hold various social events over the year including a Christmas party and awards evening. Please see the social events page to keep up to date with these.

UK Athletics’ Power of 10 site hosts the results and fixtures of majority of athletics and cross county events. Runbritain is also worth exploring for events and results.
