Training days are Tuesday and Thursday evenings meeting at Ladywell arena. Please see the Training Groups page to decide which group would be most suitable for you. Meeting times are currently subject to change due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Please see the events page with the current fixtures for the season. The club take part in various athletics, road and cross-country meetings including the Southern Athletics League (T&F), Assembly league (road racing), Surrey League (cross-country). Further information on fixtures and results are also included regularly in the club weekly newsletter.
There is a £10 monthly fee or £99 annual fee to use the track on a Tuesday and Thursday evenings. You can pay your track fee subscription here. Proof of payment will be required on entry to the track.
Membership includes a club vest which will be posted to you. The welcome coordinator will be in touch immediately after you join to confirm it has been sent.

The club hold various social events over the year including a Christmas party and awards evening. Please see the social events page to keep up to date with these.
