NEWS Club Champs Club championships return over the following three Wednesdays (9th, 16th, 23rd) at Sutcliffe Park.The fixtures are: 9th September – 200m and 1500m 16th September – 400m and 3000m 23rd September – 100m and 800m

RESULTS A busier week of racing on both the track and the road, with plenty of PBs to be had in Battersea Park this morning at the RunThrough 10k in good conditions. Special mention to Ian Ellwood setting two PBs in the 800 in a week, with young Olly Buck also bettering the time he ran at last week’s BMC meeting by 2 seconds as well. TRAINING C-Group training Last Tuesday’s return to C-group training in Ladywell Park was considered “a big success” with 22 members in attendance. The feedback has been that training with others was “very motivating”. This week’s training session will be hills and those joining should meet at the entrance to the track at 7pm on Tuesday night. Before attending the session can everyone make sure they have filled in the Covid-19 self-declaration form available here.
Runners have also been asked to consider wearing a brightly coloured top or investing in a head torch as we head into the autumn months. Any questions please contact via email here.
